Market orders.

I just added a small tweak to the market order system - SIC-placed market orders (from ship insurance rebuilds) will now increase in reward the longer they're on the market. This is a double-edged sword, because the higher it gets bumped, the higher the chance it will be claimed by an NPC faction, removing it from the order list forever. You will need to make a decision as to whether you will hold out for a bigger possible payday, or take a known good thing. Orders will not increment or be sniped once someone has taken some/all of the order.

Additionally, instead of placing set orders based on the ship's components (and limiting what cargo the market orders can be), ship insurance orders will now be a larger order of a single cargo type (either a refined comm or a refined good) of a larger quantity.

The purpose of these changes are three-fold:
1) To make the SIC-placed orders more rewarding and varied.
2) To help keep the order list a little more streamlined (will take a few days).
3) To make SIC-placed orders more worthwhile in terms of flying to the destination.
