Ship weapons and aggro rooms.

Some changes to ship weapons are now live!

* Reload times have been changed for most weapons - stronger cannons now take longer to reload, while missile reloading is much faster

* Damage numbers have been adjusted

* Missiles now have greatly reduced range dissipation

In other news, some issues with safe rooms and bounty hunters have been addressed, please report if anything gets wonky. Most notably, you can now fight back if you get attacked in a safe room, even if you normally could not.
