Space Incursions and NPCs.

Some small tweaks to some Space NPCs:

1) Binaries and Trinaries relative size has been increased, lowering the chance they can will be missed with smaller/faster weapons
2) All non-ship enemies (show up as &, not #) health per level has been increased.
3) Acceleration of some enemies has been scaled back quite a bit.
4) Armored shield generators (Cosmpiercers) damage output has been reduced by about 30%
