Promo items and chests.

Based on your feedback, we've made a couple of changes for our promotions:

- We've included the ability to trade in some of your promo obtained items, via the PROMO TRADEIN command.
- We're going to try something a little different this month for promo chests. Every 50 chests that you open, you will now land a guaranteed artifact from the month's promo artifacts( currently: Free void gates, Enemy ship detector and Custom Ship PK Deathsight). I've updated the "opened chest" status for everyone who has opened any so far, so if you are close to 50 or at that point, you haven't lost any progress.
