QoL updates.

- You can now QW <string> to filter only names starting with <string>
- READNEWS is now a default alias for NEWS READ
- Mail parcels: You can now OPEN PARCEL and all of the contents of the parcel will be placed into your inventory and the parcel will disintegrate
- You can now TT SHOP <name> REPRICE <item> <price> to change the price of a stocked item
- STATIONS now shows the distance to each station
- Ship beacon now has a flavor message
