Research credits have all been increased by a factor of 10. That means you'll get 10 research credits instead of 1 for a simple mod and it will cost 200 research credits instead of 20 to craft a simple mod.

This will allow us better control over percentage-based bonuses and modifiers. This also means that the "research credits" artifacts now work properly.
