Bug squashing, continued.

Hello again, Sector!

More bug fixes are in:

- Limitless Vision (the new Vision Enhancement artifact) artifact now works correctly with GLANCE.
- RoamTek FastMiner 3.0 (the new Faster Crystals artifact) now works.
- Defence.Remove is now sent with the properly updated Defence.List. For Nexus users this means the Defences list in the Character UI will update correctly when a defence is removed.
- Messaging about speed limitations in space combat has been improved. HELP SHIP COMBAT has also been updated to explain this more.
- Messaging added to various situations that might cause SHIP TARGET to fail.

More ship fixes are in the works, stay tuned!
