L75 Bashing and Landmarks.

Hi all,

I have been busy busy the past couple of days doing various tweaks and fixes.

- Stocked triangulation devices in most areas where there's a wilderness, within reason (Like I doubt Suiko has a shop). Also stocked more jetpacks and added a little shop in Tosmar at the hunting lodge.

- Added a load more to LANDMARKS around the place, including battlebot arenas and repairshops. Made a few more repair shops and functional places in places that didn't have them.

- Finally recovered from the trauma of last year's time event and gave the Gnomon Institute a bit of a balance pass to make it more of a viable bashing area for L75. Also fixed some quests there, which were a bit broken. I have no idea how the bashing will be as a player, so please let me know (be gentle with me, I'm tired). The area should be L70+, and is accessible via Atheni station.
