Black Market Trading!

Hi all!

I've just tweaked the black market a bit, hopefully for the better!

You can now trade up to 1000 (received goods) in one go, and the cost ratio increases much more slowly. This is very much my opening gambit, so if it turns out to be OP then we can go from here!

The outlay required now goes up by 1 for every 150 comms sold of that type globally on the black market. So if you start with 1 iriil being worth 3 ultarine, and you buy 300 iriil with 900 ultarine, the ratio will then go up to 1:5 etc etc.

This resets every RL day with random commodities being listed the following day with base ratios.
