Autumn 2023 Bug Cleanup.

**Heads up!**
We're going to be deleting any BUGS filed before Jan 2022 in an effort to clean up and refocus our attention on issues that are more currently affecting players.

**Why!?**
With all the system changes and retirements since launch, many MANY of these bugs are outdated, un-repeatable and therefore impossible to test, and/or the associated players are unreachable for clarification. If I close a bug that you know is still a problem, please feel free to re-open it or re-file it under a new ticket.

This wipe does ***not*** include IDEAS, of which we have over 3000 that need to be reviewed. We're on it!
