Just a quick note - there's a massive backlog of issues in the system, and we're finding that a huge amount of time is being spent dealing with matters that have already been resolved (people being unstuck, questions answered etc.)

I ask that you take a quick look through your filed issues (ISSUE LIST) and then resolve (ISSUE <x> RESOLVE) any that are no longer pertinent.

This will let us get through the list a lot faster and make sure everyone's issues are responded to in a timely manner - thank you!
