Hello Starmourners!

ASSESS has been enabled again, as there was a hiccup apparently when it came on over.

Assess will show the persons relative health status, which people used to get by LOOKing at you.

It will also show if they are behind cover, including the covers number, or if they have climbed something to get out of range.

The goal of this skill is to make combat easier to approach.

Let me know any feedback you may have!
