Salvaged tech commodities.

Hi all!

A new slate of space commodities now exist: salvaged tech. These commodities can be traded on market like any other commodity. They have a small chance to drop after defeating ship-type space mobs, and also have a chance to drop from material-rich asteroids. Some types of material-rich asteroids have a higher chance to drop them than others.

What are these commodities for? Great question!
