Room lists for ships.

Hello all!

As a lot of you have mentioned this recently, we've added the functionality for you to:

1 - Look at a full list of all the available ship refit/hab rooms, with details about whether they're promo, indoors, and if you have them unlocked.

2 - Look up the room desc and further particulars of a specific room type.

In habs, the full list is accessed via HABITATION OPTIONS ROOMS FULL.
In ships, this is SHIP REFIT OPTIONS ROOM FULL.

To show them, it's HABITATION OPTIONS SHOW <roomname>, or SHIP REFIT OPTIONS SHOW <roomname>.

I am sure there are bugs, as always, so just use the BUG command to report any that crop up!
