Tells of the Unexpected.

Hello hello!

Just a quick one to let you all know I've been working on tells today and we have a new config option:

You can now CONFIG VOICETELLS ON/OFF, which does the following:

-- VoiceTells -----------------------------------------------------------------
Description: When enabled, your tells will be formatted as voice messages, and you can use emoticons to add feeling. When off, your tells will be formatted as a text message, and emoticons will show up in text format.
Syntax: CONFIG VOICETELLS <ON/OFF>
Value: On
Default: Off
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You can also stipulate which kind you want to send at the time of sending, if you want to set config to default to voice/text, but you want to send a one-off as the other.
- VOICETELL/VOICE/VOICET/TELLV will override default text tells to send a voice message.
- TEXTTELL/TEXT/TEXTT/TELLT will override default voice tells to send a text message.

HELP EMOTICONS will show you what emoticons you can use, and now you will be able to set whether your tells are ICly voice messages or text messages. Huzzah!

These settings also apply to OOC tells, and replying to ooc tells should now be fixed, as well as nonbinary pronouns. But the shortcut override verbs won't work with ooc tells as... well... I'm guessing OOCly you know it's text.

As ever, if there are any bugs please use the BUG command!

Enjoy,

Damiel <3
