Scaterfest and prize winners.

Hey everyone,

Firstly I just wanted to post something about the stuff that went down at Scatterfest last month. I honestly don't really know what to say. As an organizer of something like this it feels like it's my responsibility to issue some kinda statement, but I honestly feel numb. What was supposed to be a celebration turned into some kinda horror daka.

So as you all probably know somethin' happened during Space Rogues' set and Silhouette ended up with a big hole in her head and no INR. My utmost condolences to all of her bandmates, friends and fans. If you need counselling or someone to talk to, please contact me and we can arrange something through JoyCo. You can even just talk to me - I'll do my best for you.

If anyone has ANY information or leads regarding the incident please direct this to myself, Woodro Phii'stor or Poet. We are gonna be gathering and looking at all the evidence and we wanna get this figured out as soon as possible. Did you see anyone behaving strangely around Gravity, North Haven or the surrounding area around that time? Did you see a sleek-looking black drone in the shape of a small disc flying around?

I honestly don't really know what to do - so thank you to those who were there and had some great ideas for investigating.

I had a few people mention the prize draw that didn't end up being done. It didn't seem appropriate after the murder and everything, so I've left it til now and used the WheelBot mindsim app to randomly pick three names. They are as follows:

1st Prize - Hope
2nd Prize - Agi
3rd Prize - Steve

I'll transfer cash parts now (and to any staff on the night who didn't get paid in the chaos) but if you all could contact me as soon as you can I'll arrange for the prizes to be sent out and the lifestyle prizes organized. Hope, please let me know which of the top prizes you'd like to go for and then Agi can have the other one.

I'd also like to thank everyone again for showing up to the festival and making it a blast until the bad stuff happened. It took a whole lot of hard work and you all made it worth it.

If I've forgotten anything else please let me know.

All the best,

Orrin
