You seek to show what
you know, but uh.

Meter and verse are a cultural construction,

And it seems you need some instruction.

Elgan speak quick, with a lot of hot
takes and quick mocks, if it talks
it's poetry, especially if it's three
in the morning and you're really not
in the mood for a warning.

Krona you see, have a tendency for boisterous constructions
That lead into eruptions
of tiny words that make quick work
of a mind put twards the work
Interpretation is rough, and tough and rumble
Just like the Krona who's work won't crumble

Of humans I seek to understand Limerick
economical space and quite well used
But the good ones aren't clean
They're rather crude and mean
Comical really, generally also lewd

Jin, hate poetry, it gets in the way of endings
endings like, that go amiss and awry,
and carry on, it's a story of your life really,
Maybe try mendings than making ways to endings

Shen have one hundred thousand years of poetry
(Follows is a line of symbols translating in Shen to the text)
Do not judge.
(A single character)

Nausriza don't have flow or meter,
they say and spray, and squawk it and bawk it
they hate it really, anything with form.

Same for Rynari.
They'd prefer a safari, discordant noise
Chords all ruined, pianos destroying.

Decheeran poetry lasts for days, most wouldn't like it,
It's also often circular like rings in wood
Most wouldn't like it.

Tukkav takes the poems of their tribes,
The names and deeds, and strings them together to form a story
Maybe you'll have one eventually, of a grand deed,
Or of insulting a poet on the public news with poetry.

Poem takes many forms throughout this galaxy,

Try to keep up, and don't be a snob.

Meter and form is not exclusively yours.

Rock on you gentle diamonds

And go suck your bosses knob Viola.
