Song Dominion update to vandalism law.

Greetings, sector,

This is a public service announcement.

As of today, there has been an amendment to Song Dominion Law (Section 5)
Vandalism - defined as an act of defacement of Dominion property.

This law already prohibits vandalism, including such acts as graffiti, defacement or destruction of property both public and private and littering. This applies to citizen's property as well as the property of the Dominion.

Going forward, section 5 will specify our rules regarding fly-posting, leafleting and postering on government or citizen property.

No posters are to be displayed in public faction areas without the permission of a cabinet member. The exception to this is at trade terminals, where Dominion citizens may promote their storefronts, and citizens of other factions may do so at cabinet discretion, and without political agenda.

Penalties for infractions:
Depending on citizenship, breaches of section 5 may well result in faction disfavor; community service; loss of citizenship and enemy status.
A minimum fine of 5,000 marks, up to 10,000 marks per misdemeanor will be enforced going forward.

If the materials seized are deemed to be matters of foreign promotion, or soliciting for foreign governments or groups, the punishments can and will be doubled at the discretion of the officer who finds it.

Destruction or defacement for its own sake serves nobody.

Help us to keep Song safe, clean and tidy!

Best wishes,

Grand Admiral Milo Moonchild
