Ever wanted an actual home to call your own? Not terribly picky about the size, so long as it has a roof that does not leak and a toilet that actually flushes?
Good.

Cause I have got sixteen - yeah, sixteen - properties sitting in the Oldtown district of Haven City just waiting for someone to snap up, products of the old JoyHome initiative. Some of them may even have had some basic home improvements done.
I can't remember, I'm tired of hanging on to them and I can't be fucking bothered to go look at which unit is renovated and which isn't.

Get them before someone else does, cause they're priced to move. And I mean fucking *move*.

Find the units on the REALESTATE LIST tab on the 'sphere, and buy accordingly. For clarity, the units ARE arranged apartment-style, so I hope you like your neighbors. Both in-house and on the streets.
