I'll get to the point, I'm continuing my crusade against profit and I've purchased five pieces of real estate in each major faction's territory from my own funds, they are unfurnished and undecorated, so prospective rookies may want to get in touch with local designers and furniture creators to get that fixed. Shortly after this announcement goes live, I will be putting those fifteen plots up for sale, and as always, at rock bottom prices. These are meant for rookie spacers. If you're not a rookie spacer - and you know who you are - piss off.

If you ignore this simple request and try to start a real estate empire off the back of my efforts, I hope you got friends in high places as I've got some in low places. Also, I'll reserve the right to put your name on blast as a rookie spacer for the rest of your HETE-supported life.

Additionally, some of you may notice the odd flakk-profit price ship on the brokerage from time to time. Same story there from this point forward. Interceptor and corvette class ships will be shuffled onto the brokerage list when I have the funds to do so.
