A comical statement given by one whose sole existence is found within a bar under the effects of one substance or another. 'Prosperity of the many' they claim? Laughable, as they seek the benefit from the efforts of those around them offering nothing of substance themselves. 'The avaricious will not be swayed' they claim living in their own hedonistic haze. Drinking from 100,000 mark cups while the people they claim to be helping exist in squalor and starve.

Be careful whom it is you put your trust in, and what their actual goals are.
