We helped, yes, but we neither built nor designed the entire system. As you have stated there were a great number of people involved in different facets of the Ark's construction and design. We were just one of a large number of contributors to the project and we make no claim to have the resources or capacity to offer restoration services of the Ark or the construction of new battleships.

The members of our dynasty were also not original members of the Departed of course, that was a long time ago. We are the descendants of the original Starwraith looking to take the knowledge passed down to us by our forebears and continue the legacy which was left to us. To do so we need support, which is why we wish to induct new personnel.

Perhaps one day we will have the resources to again assist in the construction starships on such a grand scale if we are fortunate, or even take the project on solely ourselves, but today we must construct our dynasty first.
