Gas scooping and asteroid mining.

Some changes to gas scooping/asteroid mining are live, here's the details:

1) Gas clouds are now colorized on the map by gas type
*Dev Note*: We're still working on how to make this more intuitive to screen reader users, and hope to have something more concrete in here for you soon.
2) Asteroid will now spawn with higher levels of commodities contained within them.
3) The decay rate at which commodities decay within asteroids has been slowed, allowing larger ones to persist for more time.
