- Clarified the ab help for Serrate - it only gives +bleeding if the target is already bleeding; also reduced the threshold for its effect

- Entanglement is no longer cured by wetwiring

- Raindown fixed

- Entanglement and broken legs now correctly prevent standing up and moving around

- Countermeasures now tells you when it fails to intercept something, also clarified this in the ab help


Plasmacasting

- Combust ab help fixed, the skill description was incorrect

- Consumption should now correctly work in an Inferno


Suittech

- Steady can't be activated while flying

- Added the missing ab help for Dampening

- Overclock should now work correctly
