Changes and fixes: Scoundrel.

General
=======

- Greatly increased the chance of cover protecting you from ranged and room attacks


Gunslinging
===========

- Ammoselect balance cost increased slightly

- Unload no longer consumes an extra bullet, and doesn't aggro the target until it actually hits

- Quickload and Eject are no longer considered aggressive

- Being in cover now protects from Cavein damage

- Overwatch no longer triggers on attacks directed at someone else; it should still trigger on room and untargetted attacks


Guile
=====

- Fixed a problem with entangle from Bind sometimes not ending correctly

- Listening to multiple bugs now correctly requires the Multibug ability

- You can now have a maximum of 10 bugs placed at once

- Non-sentient mobs should no longer care about you placing bugs in their room


Improvisation
=============

- Constructing IEDs now produces 5-10 of them at once (random), instead of just one

- Constructing IEDs can no longer be done in combat

- Explosives now only hit mobs if they are in the same room as the explosive's owner

- Fling no longer drops the explosive if the target is invalid
