Hi everyone!

Just a miscellaneous collection of updates here:

- Added SHIP UNDESIGNATE DYNASTY to reverse the designation process.
- "cover" and "climb" fields added to GMCP Vitals.
- Fixed issues with station mission and xeno mob dailycredits. Hopefully the new dailycredits are stable now.
- No more distortion field logout shenanigans, and the CombatMessages for it are clearer now.
- You'll now get a message on SPACEWALK SHUTDOWN.
- Pacing should no longer block movement that shouldn't be blocked, such as exiting transport crafts.
- Level 19 hackers are now informed they need Contracts in order to continue advancing further when they gain level 19 and added info about this to HELP HACKING.
- SHIP EVA now displays a message to the ship when someone on board uses it.
- DYNASTY TAKE SURNAME is clearer now about needing the perk if the dynasty does not have it, and perks added to HELP DYNASTIES.
- A bunch of other fixes too small to mention.
