It's me again!

- Gauge: Gauge's setup now requires balance but does not consume it. It also does not require a bullet to set up, but it will when it triggers. The next time you leave cover or shoulderroll, Gauge triggers, as before.
- Shoulderroll: When specifying the noun of a prop, it will now look for an additional prop with that name if you're already behind one. So SHOULDERROLL TABLE on repeat will move you between tables if there are multiple in the room, instead of just failing.
- You can now ROUSE [ALLIES] - Pummel's damage now ramps up depending on how many ticks its going on, and additionally deals ramping sensory damage.
- Trip internal cooldown is now 30s, was 7s, and has messages now when off cooldown. The Trip > Bind loop needed to go, and Scoundrel still has plenty of options for knocking their target prone if they get creative.

Still more to do in Scoundrel, stay tuned!
