Shop contest voting rules.

To clarify...

Voting on public referendums is an OOC act, unless for some reason we state otherwise. Furthermore, the shop contest is entirely OOC, because your character did not enter, you did. Your RP reasons for having a shop are not that you won a contest.

Therefore...
- any mention of the contest in IC settings is inappropriate.
- any solicitation for votes for your entry may result in a 10% reduction in your score or even disqualification from the contest, depending on the situation.

We ALL want this to be a fair contest, based on merit, not on popularity. So attempting to circumvent or twist these rules is very poor showmanship. This is why several of you contacted me with your concerns about anonymity and fairness in advance, and why I am trusting you all to play nicely.

These rules will be added to the help file now.
