Wilderness improvements.

Hi all!

A batch of fixes and improvements for Wilderness.

- Wildernesses designated to you should now show up on WILDERNESS RESOURCES
- SHIP PICKUP should now respect your tether capacity as a freighter or superhauler, and should respect the presence of secondary scoops.
- SHIP PICKUP should now work on New Dikamazi and Inkke IV.

These latter fixes are a bit finicky so expect some hiccups. Let me know and we'll get it ironed out!
