Ship fixes and QoL.

Hello again, everyone!

- You can now SHIP CONE OFF
- You can now CARGO STORE ALL [comm/commtype]. Valid "Commtype" options are indicated in CARGO syntax and include: raw, refined, processed, finished, and consumable.
- CARGO LOAD ALL is a bit trickier, will get to it as able.
- The eighth asteroid tethered to a superhauler should no longer fall off. Also should resolve some edge cases with them falling off after collisions.
- SHIP PICKUP should now, for real this time, work on New Dikamazi.
- REFINERY <id> QUEUE ASTEROID should now automatically choose an asteroid relevant to the refinery type.

That's all for now! Thanks for your patience on getting the new crushers and compressors hooked up to dailycredits and the ongoing Newbie Challenge. The problem turns out to be fairly non-trivial, but it should get done as a priority if not today then in the next couple days.

Regards,
Neritus
