NPC cargo ship live test.

Hi all,

Starting now you may find some NPC cargo ships flitting to and fro in your space journeys. We are conducted some performance tests to determine their server load impact. In the meantime you can feel free to hunt them down consequence-free, but they should not drop anything or give any Captaincy XP. So otherwise you can consider them purely decorative for now.
