Cargo ship fixes.

Hi all,

- They are now cargo-colored, not red.
- Cargo ships should no longer park at stations like sitting ducks
- They should also no longer get caught repeatedly ramming the Sector's edge.

If you happen to notice them exhibiting these or other buggy behaviors, let us know 🙂
