Hi all,

You can now be on your ship, landed or in space, when selling to a specific order. In this case the game will use commodities stored in your ship.

For market orders with greater ranges, in the event that there are multiple valid locations where the resources might go, the game simply will take the first one it finds.

Additionally, MARKET SELL <x> TO <y> was a bit wonky. It's now MARKET SELL <x> [comm] TO <y>, where specifying the commodity is optional and will prevent you from selling to the order id if the specified comm is different from the comm asked for.
