Hi all,

I've gone through and done my best to update a number of HELP files so that they're up-to-date with recent changes. Files include:

HELP SHIPMODDING
HELP SHIP WEPAONS
HELP INTERDICTION (new!)
HELP WORKSHOPS
HELP SHIP MODULES
HELP SHIP SUPERSTRUCTURES
HELP INSURANCE
HELP MINING

It's always a bit of a game of catchup on our end to ensure the files are accurate, but some were woefully out of date (I was very surprised to find a mention of Supercruisers)! If you have the will, please consider submitting a HELPMOD if you notice something inaccurate!
