Hi all!

When purchasing ship supplies at the Shipforge, the Shipforge will first attempt to purchase from cheaper offers on the market at the local station, in order of applicability starting from the cheapest offer.

The deepspace_delivery artifact will use market orders at your home factional station (or Omni, for the factionless), otherwise, it will look for offers at the same station as the Shipforge.
