Hi all,

Quick note: Office Shipping contracts now respect the contract-per-player maximum. For org designated offices, this is the original owner of the Office.

Furthermore, NPC contracts will no longer generate in large quantities when there are a large number of player contracts, to ensure the NPC cargo ships can get to player orders, but there will be a minimum of 5 NPC contracts and 5 Smuggling contracts. Currently, the contract list is quite large and it will take some time to handle the backlog.
