PROMO record linking.

Hello all!

PROBE now includes a link to an item's PROMO record if it has one.

We have also written some tools to help an underway audit of past promotional items. If you find a historical promotional item which does not have a PROMO record, this means it also does not have tradein value, which in most cases it should.

The issue of missing PROMO records has been fixed for new promotional items added to the game going forward, but feel free to help us with the backlog by filing BUGs if you notice old promotional items with no PROMO record!
