Fix for wilderness areas.

Hello again, Sector!

An error had cropped up which was preventing personal Wilderness areas from cleaning up properly after their appropriate expiry time had elapsed.

This problem was fixed yesterday and the fix seems to have worked. If you had accumulated wilderness areas of this nature, they should now be fixed, and you can explore those wildernesses again!

Hats off to one of our keen-eyed Cadets for spotting the source of the issue!
