Arena crew bot spar improvements.

Hi all!

Simulated avatars in the Arena during ARENA CREWBOTSPAR have received an upgrade. They are now more aware of their crew members, they prioritize targets, they use group combat abilities, they attempt to group together, and so on.

There are also now 3 new honors for defeating 3x Easy, 4x Normal, and 5x Hard simultaneously in one Crew Bot Spar.
