Crew spars.

Hello Sector,

I'm excited to announce that Crew Spars are now live!

ARENA CREWCHALLENGE <player> will initiate a crew challenge against the target player's crew. You and the other player must be in crews, and all crew members must be in the staging room. You'll also not spawn together in the same room in arena, you'll have to regroup! When you've vanquished the entire opposing crew, the crew spar ends.

Note that there is currently no "AGREE" for crewchallenge. I ask that you please play nice until that is in, and make sure all players consent and are ready before issuing the challenge.
