Design tradeskill storage.

We've just updated the way storage caps work for the design tradeskills: Fashion, Jewelry, and Cuisine.

The crux of this chance is that you now have "hot" and "cold" storage for designs. Hot storage is your active designs, you can craft them at any time, and otherwise use them as you do now. Cold storage is where you can move designs that you may not use that often, it's a data vault that frees up your storage for your favorite/active projects. Designs in cold storage can not be crafted or otherwise manipulated. You can bring your designs back to hot storage at any time, assuming that you have space to do so.

To move a design to cold storage, simply DESIGN STORE <#>, and to bring it back, DESIGN RETRIEVE <#>. There is a small mark fee for storing and retrieving designs.
