Faction storages.

Factions can now have their own cargo storages on planets and stations, just like individual players can. Unlike personal storages, faction storages cannot be accessed directly from ships - instead, you can transfer between personal storages and faction storages while standing on a planet or station.

Any faction member can deposit, only those with the investable "storage" priv can withdraw. Refer to HELP CARGO for details.

Faction storages currently have no practical use, but that will soon change.
