Hi!

My balance aggro has been proc'd:

- The 1st person bleed message no longer reports inaccurate damage, but instead reports the stacks.
- Bleed will now only damage mobs in the same room at the same elevation.
- Confound balance down from 3s to 2.5s (Rattle rework was not enough to solve our problem here).

Have fun coming up with new ways to fight Xenos with zero risk, and do let me know when you do. 😉
