Metalisk sticking issues, continued.

Hi all!

We're still working on a fix to address subsystem collapse attribution not triggering a variety of effects, which should fix a large number of issues in addition to the Metalisk sticking issue.

In the interim, since this issue is really quite irritating and stops you from clearing a facility, I've added a switch to the Metalisk's room. You can PUSH the switch to force the Metalisk to activate once all the organs are dead.
