12.8.5 The Izaren System

The Izaren System is under control of the Selassian Dynasty in the RS Quadrant. It is home to Kellos, the homeworld of the Loroi, and its moon, Thrace. Thrace is inhabited mostly by mercenary groups who operate on the moon's lawless surface to avoid Kellos' tax laws, though there are some colonists as well.
