Bugfixes.

- Stealing CAC bonuses now always properly caps at 3 slivers
- Two (or more) people should no longer be able to simultaneously steal slivers through hacking. The first to finish the hack will get the slivers
- You can no longer %7QUEST ABANDON% a CAC given quest (this is to prevent you being locked out of the task for the day and also, to avoid reshuffling of the given quest)
- You can no longer %7KITH FIREWALK% from ship to ship
- You can no longer initiate Exploration or Oblivion %7MARK RETURN% while in combat
- Some issues with autorepair have been fixed
