7.12.1 Snowball Fights

Snowball fights are a special arena event only available at the Winterflame Arena during the Winterflame holiday season.

Snowball fights come in two varieties: traditional Snowball fights and Snow Royales. In traditional Snowball fights, you score a points every time you hit another player with a snowball, and the winner is the person with the most points. In Snow Royales, you are eliminated after taking 10 hits!

The mechanics are very simple:

MAKE SNOWBALLS to start piling up snow. This is a channeled action, and you'll continuously make snowballs while channeling. You can have a maximum of 20 snowballs at a time.

MAKE SNOWFORT to build yourself a snowfort. This takes longer, but protects you from incoming snowballs! When taking cover behind a snowfort, your throws and lobs are less accurate. Snowforts can only take so much punishment, and they will collapse after getting hit a number of times. They will also collapse after a period of time has elapsed.

THROW SNOWBALL AT <someone> to throw a snowball at another player in your room. After a short period, you will toss your snowball right at them.

LOB SNOWBALL AT <someone> is used to lob a snowball into other rooms in line of sight after a short delay. It is less accurate than simply THROWing, but there's no better way to kick of the Winterflame season than landing a masterful, snowy blow on your friend behind their fort 3 rooms away!

All Class Abilities are disabled during a snowball fight.

While channeling anything, you are more likely to be hit, and getting hit will break your channel.
