7.10 Bashing

Bashing is a very specific subtype of combat that is also known as hunting, grinding, farming, PvE... basically killing lots and lots of NPCs, usually with the dual goals of gaining experience and loot.

Bashing in Starmourn will get you junk, which you can sell for Marks. There is also a chance that the things you kill will drop armor and weapons that you can use.

And bashing will get you experience, which will help you level up. It is not, however, the most lucrative means of doing so: level-appropriate quests will offer higher rewards for how you spend your time.

Of course, some quests require you to do some bashing. Sometimes you need to gain a level or two in order to progress on a quest chain (such as our main questline). And sometimes you just want to go kill stuff. That's fine!

To find places to bash that are suited to your level:

   AREAS            Display a list of areas good for your current level.
   AREAS <#>        Display a list of areas good for the specified level.
