5.9.1 Datashard repositories

A datashard repository is a digital collection of datashards curated by a faction or a dynasty. Dynasties will only gain access to a repository once they reach a specific number of members.

The repository can be access via your mindsim from anywhere with the following commands, should your organization have made them available to you:

FACTION DATASHARDS LIST          Lists the datashards in your org's repository
DATASHARD READ <#>               Read a datashard in your org's repository.

Note: You can replace FACTION with DYNASTY as appropriate.

Those who have been appointed the responsibility of curating their organization's datashard repository will also have access to these commands:

FACTION REPOSITORY UPLOAD <datashard item>     
Uploads a new datashard into your organization's repository from a physical datashard item. This can only be done with physical datashard storage devices that have been marked with an unlimited read-access time.

FACTION REPOSITORY DELETE <id>
Deletes the specified datashard from the repository.

FACTION REPOSITORY ASSIGN <id> <category#>  
Assign the specified datashard to a category.

FACTION REPOSITORY CATEGORY NEW <name>  
Creates a new category within the repository for assigning datashards to.

FACTION REPOSITORY CATEGORY LIST
Lists the categories in your repository.

FACTION REPOSITORY CATEGORY RENAME <id> <name>
Change the name of a category.

FACTION REPOSITORY CATEGORY DELETE <id>
Deletes a repository category.

FACTION REPOSITORY CATEGORY INDEX <id> <index#>
Set the index of a category, affecting its display order. A category with a lower index number will be displayed first.
