16.6 Shop Contest 963 A.E

Below you will find links to the entries for the 963 A.E. shop contest!

They are posted anonymously, though some may be immediately identifiable to some of you. Please don't let this guide your vote. Please vote based on merit.

My suggested criteria for making your decision are:

- Roleplay potential
- Lore involvement and appropriateness
- Creativity
- Does it make you excited to vitit it? How much do you like it?

Give each criterion a score out of 5, add them together and divide by 4. That's your score!

Obviously you don't have to do it like that, but I find it useful.

VOTING

When you're ready to vote You'll need to give each entry a score out of five. To do this please look at REFERENDUMS and vote for each of the listed entries.

- You will only be able to vote once on your account. So no making 20 alts just to vote for someone.
- There is an activity checker, so you'll only be able to vote if you've been active recently.
- No additional modifiers like influence are involved in this vote, so 1 vote = 1 vote.
- The referendums will be open for 1 week for players to vote on their favorite shop. So it will close on August 9th 2021 at 1pm UTC ( https://bit.ly/3ii2PvP )

Voting on public referendums is an OOC act, unless for some reason we state otherwise. This whole contest is deemed entirely OOC (because your character did not enter, you did). e.g. Your RP reasons for having a shop are probably not that you won a contest - if they are, it wasn't ~this~ contest, because this contest does not exist IC.

We ALL want contests to be fair and based on merit, not on popularity. So attempting to circumvent or twist these rules is very poor showmanship.

Therefore...
- Any mention of the contest in IC settings is inappropriate.
- Any solicitation for votes for your entry may result in a 10% reduction in 
  your score or even disqualification from the contest, depending on the 
  situation.
- If solicited to vote a certain way please ISSUE it, or contact an admin, and 
  remember that nobody will know which way you voted - so it's on you to vote 
  genuinely, rather than tactically.
- Remember in all things, always, that everyone here is here to have fun. 
  Everyone has put themselves out there to enter and face a public vote, and if 
  it were a popularity contest we would call it such (and we would never do 
  that).
